Apparently this is the new internet craze. You drink a lot of freshly made juice and go to the gym every single day. A lot of people I know have taken this on and it's really working for them. I don't know, I haven't done it, however, it seems as though it wouldn't do any harm.
I lead a busy, busy life, barely spending anytime at home, most of my posts are written whilst I'm out and about. So I don't have time for the gym, but, I find my ways around that.
Something that I don't think I've mentioned yet, is the fact that I'm pretty into dance. I do Ballet, Tap and contemporary/street dance, Monday - Thursday. In my version of Juice & Gym dance is my Gym.
I'm not Juicing in the same way as others as well, I'm pretty fussy when it comes to food, and I seriously am the sort of person to eat something because it tastes good rather than how healthy it is. However, I have made a point in the last month to have at least one glass of juice a day, its mostly just orange juice or apple juice, nothing particularly fancy.
I have to admit, that I do feel a lot better, less groggy and more awake. Although I haven't lost any weight or anything like that, mostly because I've been dancing everyday Monday - Thursday for my whole life. The exercise part of my life didn't change. I don't think the point of this diet is to lose weight, its more about feeling better in your body, and however much I like to stuff my face with unhealthy junk food, sometimes it does feel really good to just cleanse.
