Tell A Personal Secret...

I read another blog earlier today, and it had ideas for blog posts, and one of them was Tell A Personal Secret.I have many, some embarrassing, some genuine, some ridiculous.

Here I go...

1. I want to be an author.  It's ridiculous because I'm not a particularly good writer, but wouldn't it be really cool to be able to say that you're the author of a novel. I could sit in Starbucks and drink pretentious drinks and look down my nose at everyone else because I'm a New York Time Bestselling author.

2. I really don't like dance all that much anymore. If my parents see this they're going to hate me. Ive been dancing for almost my whole life, but as I've gotten older I've started to go against it. My main style is ballet, but I do ballet, jazz tap, and bits of other styles. I think the problem is that as you get older within dance everything becomes a lot more competitive and real, everything you do is working towards being the Prima Ballerina in Swan Lake, and truthfully I don't want to be a Ballerina full time. I want to be in publishing or journalism.

3. Im terrified of growing up. And I don't mean the small fear of living on you own for the first time. There's this irrational fear inside of me that I will grow up and move out and nothing will go the way I plan for it to, and I will be totally unprepared for life on my own. What if I don't get a job after uni? What if I don't find someone who is willing to at least date me, let alone marry me? I DON'T WANT TO BE A CRAZY CAT LADY BUT THAT MIGHT BE MY FUTURE!!

4. Sometimes I see an attractive male in the street, or a character in a book/film/tv show, and I imagine what would happen if they came over to me and declared their love and we lived happily ever after. You've done it as well, don't deny it!!

5. Sometimes I wish that I was a famous movie star. Like i'll read books or watch films and just pretend that it's me. Again, you've done it as well.

6. I have a thing for gingers. Not like the weird gingers with no eyebrows, but like, attractive gingers... You know... the cool ones. Like Prince Harry, or Travis Clark.
